In the Depths of my Mind

Still outrivaled and surpassed
Lies my consciousness in dust.
It would hardly ever speak,
Since I lost my magic stick –
In the battle with the gloom
Had it broken, had to broom.
If I’d stayed and strived to win –
Would have had the chance to queen,
But so humble as I am
‘d better take my ease and clam.

  2. The magic stick reminds me of Harry Potter's wand, lol.

    1. Oh, yes:) Actually, it might have been the influence of the books by J. K. Rowling. I love to reread them sometimes.

    1. LOL! I believe it's a bit irritating for you:) I love Harry Potter screening too, but the books are more sustainable, as for me.
